What items can I sell?

You can sell any sports kit in good condition including: boots, shin pads, kits, shorts, socks, protective gear, gloves, and other sports equipment. Items should be clean and in usable condition.

How do I receive payment?

Once your item sells and the buyer confirms receipt, payment is released to your account. You can then withdraw funds to your bank account. Payments are processed within 2-3 business days.

How do clubs receive their donation?

Clubs receive payments monthly via bank transfer once they reach a minimum threshold of £50. Club administrators can track all earnings through their club dashboard.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Our Payment Protection covers all transactions. If there's an issue, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help resolve it. We mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure fair outcomes.

Who pays the platform and payment fees?

Buyers pay all fees on top of the sale price: £0.75 platform fee + Stripe processing fee (1.5% + £0.20) + optional Evri shipping (£3-£4.50). This means sellers and clubs keep 100% of the sale price to split!

Can I donate directly to a club?

Yes! You can make direct donations through any club's page without purchasing items. 100% of direct donations go to the club (minus payment processing fees).
