📦 Selling & Listing Products
Log into your Seller Dashboard → Click Add Product → Upload clear photos → Fill in title, description, condition, brand, size, and weight → Select your club & donation % → Set shipping options → Click Publish. It takes under 3 minutes!
At minimum: Title, clear photos, price, condition, and weight. We strongly recommend adding Brand, Size, Sport, and accurate weight so buyers see correct shipping costs and can filter easily.
During product creation, scroll to the 🏆 Club Donation Settings section. Use the "Associated Club" dropdown to pick from our verified list of grassroots clubs. Your selection is saved to the product automatically.
Yes! Go to your Seller Dashboard → Products → Edit the item → Adjust the "Donation Percentage" dropdown (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) → Update. The new split will apply to all future sales of that item.
You can enable: Local Collection (Free), Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class, or Signed For Delivery. Costs are calculated automatically based on the weight you enter. You can also enable multiple options so buyers choose.
🏆 Club Donations & Payouts
When listing, you choose what percentage of the full sale price goes to your selected club. Standard is 25%, but you can increase it to 50%, 75%, or donate 100% as a full giveaway. Because buyers pay all platform and payment fees, you and the club split the entire sale price!
Clubs are paid manually once their accumulated donations reach £50. We'll contact the club to confirm bank details, then transfer funds via secure bank transfer. You'll see a dashboard tracker showing each club's current balance.
Use the "Claim Your Club" page to submit your club's details. Once verified, we'll add it to the dropdown within 24–48 hours. You'll get an email confirmation when it's live.
🛒 Buying & Shipping
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card is charged immediately, but funds are held safely until you confirm receipt.
Shipping is weight-based using Royal Mail/Evri rates. Enter the item weight when listing, and buyers will see accurate options at checkout. Local collection is always free if the seller enables it.
MyClubSwap offers buyer protection. If an item arrives significantly different from the listing, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review photos/messages and issue a full refund or partial compensation if needed.
💰 Fees, Payments & Payouts
None! Sellers keep 100% of their chosen donation split. Buyers pay a small £0.75 ClubSwap Support Fee plus standard card processing fees on top of the sale price at checkout. This means you and your club keep MORE money from every sale!
Sellers are paid out automatically 7 days after the transaction (once the buyer confirms receipt). Funds are transferred to your verified bank account within 3–5 working days. You can track earnings in real-time in your Seller Dashboard.
No. 100% of the donation percentage you select goes directly to the club. We never take a cut from the charitable portion.

Access Your Dashboard
